THE FIRST LOOK
Mending Mind is a mental health care establishment pioneered and powered by certified professionals with a common intent in mind. What is that intent? The mental and emotional wellbeing of all individuals around us.
A handful of us banded together in 2018 to promote, inspire and facilitate change in the perception of mental health and it’s related issues. We are a steadily growing organisation that is branching into both online and offline services to suit the different needs of our clients and audiences. We offer a diverse variety of therapies, workshops, trainings and learning opportunities inorder to inch closer and closer to our collective goal.

Our Process
Gearing up
Before we even start the treatment, we have to make sure that the treatment is the best one suitable for your personal strengths, weaknesses, and history. We make sure that you get the maximum benefit from the treatment that is tailor-made for you.
Ready? Go!
This is where we actually start the treatment. With the information gathered before, we dig much deeper into your life and history as we start our therapeutic intervention. When we start addressing the root of the problem, you feel that it’s a bit intense. This is the first stepping stone to recovery.
And Action!
With the assistance of the mental health professionals, you will undergo therapy and would have to make changes in your life. At this point of treatment, you are an active participant, even more so than us in order to actually reach the goals.
The Examination
Don’t freak out, you don’t have to write a test. We constantly review your journey and make changes to the treatment plan as you continue to grow. The motivation and enthusiasm of the client is sustained by reinforcements and follow up sessions.
Our Vision
Our main vision is to help people overcome mental illnesses. We wish to see a society where one’s mental illness will not stop them from having a happy and fulfilling life. People still hesitate to get help for their mental health problems due to the fear of being shamed by others, our duty is to change this.
This false perception of mental illnesses happens to be our number one enemy. We hope to defeat it by educating others and stop the spread of misinformation. Each of us are determined to build a world where the mentally ill do not have think twice about getting the help they need.
